Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from Santa Barbara, CA within 1–3 business days.
Free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $4.00 per T-Shirt and $8.00 per Hoodie. Arrives in 5–8 business days.
We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns
We want you to love your 21 Waves gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible.
How to Return
Email support@21waves.org with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping Cost
If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error on your order.
If you're returning for any other reason (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a full refund — this is the fastest way to get what you need.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@21waves.org within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
